weighing time

In this past month and a half that I have been losing weight I have just resently discovered that I can not get a exact reading on scales until I have been up at least 2 hours. Is this common? Do others have this problem?

bump

Well since no on else has answered I will say what works for me. I get up and since I am a lot over weight I also deal with water retention issues so I usually wait till I have been up about 1 hour  at least before I weight in. If I weigh when I get up after potty time then weigh about a hour later the later is always down more. I hope I could help.

Weight can fluctuate up to a few pounds a day so I am not quite sure what you mean?

my lowest weight is always a few hours after I wake up!

what do you usually do within those two hours?

The first thing I do is use the restroom...those sort of details make a difference.

Do you workout in the morning?  Do you change clothing?  Do you eat?

I weighed myself twice in the mornign before work and I was always up from the night before. SO I decided to only weigh in the evenings after my bath after working out.

Some days I'm down a few pounds some days I'm up but as long as it's at least 1.75 lbs less for the week I'm happy.

well use the bathroom, relax, sometimes I eat but not much, I usually don't eat much first thing, about 3-4 hours after I wake up I have another small meal.

and I don't wear any clothing when I weigh in
