weight & body fat
Hello everyone,
Quick questions: when you build muscle you dont loose weigth, correct? Can you actually put on weight?
Reason why i am asking is that I was doing well and had last couple of pounds over the past two weeks. Then saturday night I overdid the eating (+1000) but Sunday (-1500 kcal b.c snow shoeing), Monday (-300), Tuesday (-600) I am back on track. And what you say, Wednesday moring I am 1.5 pounds heavier than last Wednesday but the body fat says 0.8% down. Is that even possible?

Annoys the bloody hell outta me. So does water weight....
oh maaaannnn... will i be forever on the 76 kg or what. I am currently concentrating on upping my aerobic endurance but i guess running and snow shoeing for hours kinda builds quads n calf muscles.

I'm seeing the same thing since I started working out regularly. Initial weight loss, (cool), followed by looser pants, and tighter muscles, but not a budge from the d*mn scale. Lots more energy, tho, so I'm OK!
