I haven't counted my cals due to emergency back home, been so upset and depressed that I know Im not eating all my cals. I feel full, so I guess it's ok lost 1 lb yesterday and 2 today.

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control... try eating a stick of cheese, or a spoon of peanut butter (yum!) - for an extra boost of calories. Start counting again when you are ready. I hope all is well. God bless.
Sorry about what happened :(  Take your time in getting back to a routine.  Congratz on the weight loss though!
