Hit last weeks goal?
What helped with hitting your goal or what problems may have gotten in the way? One I was sick so no treadmill for me and two the PHILLYS are in the World Series!!! Who can eat healthy when this happens???!!!
If you dont feel comfortable listing your weight, simply just log a gain or loss of the amount.
My goal for next week is to be 156 and to do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of the week.
Hi everyone...not sure what the w's mean but am taking a guess.....

Problems...sick w/ fever this week two days, couldnt get to gym and work out w/ fever (dang I should have pushed myself harder). Eating healthy, no problem, but two nights worth of peanut butter and out to dinner once and shame on me for a gain of 4.1 lbs. That is the most I have gained since I changed my lifestyle.
Goal for next week - 135....working out everyday is just a fact of life unless sick
Hey Patsy & Shannon! Although you both had gains this week, overall you are doing wonderfully! Kudos to you on that! I don't have a scale at home. But I'm going to my mom's after work and will weigh myself there and post my results later. I think it must be some bit of a loss because my pants are looser! :)

seriously? lol BUT i'm starting to feel a difference in clothes and my mom mentioned I lost weight she hasn't seen me since my wedding, when i actually weighted less (6 lbs less), so i'm going to try the scale at the gym this week instead of my crazy one at home.. but for the sake of being consistant, that's all from my scale... maybe the weight training is working :)
Thank you both! It feels good. :) Wonderful job to you too! Especially if you are replacing fat with lean muscle, which it sounds like you may be doing! Especially if the weight loss is noticeable!

I know it's Saturday but here goes. This is my first weigh in post. I'm pretty pleased with a two pound weight loss in a week!

Great losses and thanks to everyone who weighed in! I was sick all weekend. Crazy stomach bug! I am not wi for last week because I dont think it will be accurate since I couldn't keep anything down but I will be here on Friday! Great Job!

Hey everyone, sorry if I'm in and out of the weigh ins. My job takes me out to sea on Navy Ships and they have no internet for me out there. I've been doing the elliptical trainer for 30mins a day and watchin those calories. Trying to stay 1000 lower on intake than burn.
on vacation in germany. and although my diet hasn't been too bad, i have been off a bit so...i'll weigh in next week. good job to everyone else though!!!! tonight is champagne and chocolate mousse for my friends 30th birthday! here's to celebrating with her!!!!
