Hello everyone! Success is so much easier to achieve when you track your goals! Even more fun to create little weekly goals and with the support of other members.

Hit last weeks goal?
What helped with hitting your goal or what problems may have gotten in the way? One I was sick so no treadmill for me and two the PHILLYS are in the World Series!!! Who can eat healthy when this happens???!!!
If you dont feel comfortable listing your weight, simply just log a gain or loss of the amount.
My goal for next week is to be 156 and to do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of the week.

Hopefully I can maintain! I am amazed at how everyone is doing and finding this sight has made it a lot easier to see what I'm eating, how it's affacting me, and also being connected to such motivating people is a def plus! GL to all this week!

was out of town yesterday, so here are my stats

last weigh in i was 131.6, so not all too bad conisidering i was drinking all last week and eating things like apple strudel and crepes with nutella. so i'm not upset. this week is strict, i have the philly marathon next sunday!!!

I didn't eat for two straight days last week so, i'm sure the dehydration kicked in. lol But now back to where i was before i got sick.. so, i think my body likes this weight lol but my mirror doesn't!
Less alcohol and more workouts. I also zig zagged my calories between 1200 and 1700. It seemed to help...

I know today is not a WI day but it's the first day being back on track. I will WI Friday. I am not getting on the scale until than but regardless what it says, I am in this for the long run! :)

I gained weight back during Thanksgiving but got back on track. I still have a lot of work to do but thank goodness I shed some of what I gained off!
