Hit last weeks goal?
What helped with hitting your goal or what problems may have gotten in the way? One I was sick so no treadmill for me and two the PHILLYS are in the World Series!!! Who can eat healthy when this happens???!!!
If you dont feel comfortable listing your weight, simply just log a gain or loss of the amount.
My goal for next week is to be 156 and to do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of the week.
Happy Holidays everyone! I did loose some of what I gained over the holidays this week but it will look like a gain since the last time I wi I was less. I am back on track, it's a new year WE can do this!

I know it's not Friday, but I have been really off track...as you can see by my gain back to my start weight...I like idea of mini goals.

Angyl, i think that's a great idea. I'll do the same when i hit 149! That's why i made the minigoal, i'll feel like i accomplished something when i get there!

Mini goal of 149 by March 14th.
I am going back to basics and IF I BITE IT I AM GOING TO WRITE IT! Down that is. The only thing I can think of that messed me up this week is TOM because I worked out 5 days of the week and ate good for the most part.

after dinner snacking gets me too, especially with all of the left over holiday goodies that were haning around.
Ok so last week was a really bad week for me to start a diet, we had my mother in law staying with us so that meant more eating out and less going to the gym. However, I was able to stop all the munching during the day at work. So one step at a time.

So far I've been to the gym twice this week and I joined a class on Thursdays so now I have to go on Thursdays too. Hopefully next week will be better.

Scale has the new battery finally.. it honestly must have something to do with it since i'm watching everything i eat and journaling it all. I NEED to promise myself to get to the gym regularly too, this parking further and taking the steps thing only gets me so far without good ol fashioned sweat.

Ok, so if I look at it from last week I did great, down 2.5 pounds. However, Wednesday I was down to 214. I don't know what was going on Wednesday.
But I've been so good since then. It really is hard working my butt off and seeing little results. I know that is a normal loss, but I'm use to having a big loss the first week of a diet and I never had that. Oh well, we'll see how I do next week.

Mini goal is 159 not 149. Dont know i keep putting 149 :) I was aweful last weekend with food and I had my bridal shower on Sunday so, I am happy with just a pound. A loss is a loss!!!! I also started alli this week and love it!

Nadda, nothing, zippo, ziltch. I went to the gym every day this week and stuck to my diet, and nothing came off. I hate weeks like this.
