Hit last weeks goal?
What helped with hitting your goal or what problems may have gotten in the way? One I was sick so no treadmill for me and two the PHILLYS are in the World Series!!! Who can eat healthy when this happens???!!!
If you dont feel comfortable listing your weight, simply just log a gain or loss of the amount.
My goal for next week is to be 156 and to do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of the week.
For some reason I always end up weighing in on Mondays. Better late than never I guess.

I am so excited that I lost 2 lbs this week! I spent most of my time up in the moutains in a cabin drinking a fair amount and eatting lots of marshmallows. I am glad my metabolism kept up!
(I am getting SO CLOSE to my goal weight! :-D)
So i went on atkins for my trip and stopped posting.. I got down to 150 to fit in my little blue dress, but now i'm here again. I love carbs and i refuse to do that forever.
