I do 3-4 sets of low reps with heavy weight on bicep curls, I was wondering if i had to up the weight as often as people do when they do alot of reps because it seems to be taking a long time from me to jump up just 5 lbs. I don't want to waste my time. What should Ido

don't change until the weight you are using now gets light.
I've been at the same weight for like 4 weeks at this rep-range, but i've only been eating right for two.
But if you did hit a plat.. then you need to shock your biceps like with something thats very high volume then go back.
Go back to the weight and routine I was doing? Or do 1-3 rep max shock a couple sets and go back to the routine I was doing?
