Hey everybody im new to this site. well heres my story, for a while i was eating and then purging to lose weight and then only for two weeks i didnt really eat, but lost heaps of weight. i am an active person and im trying to eat around 1500 calories everyday now. i was just going to ask if because my diet was so messed up before hand will i gain alot of weight before i start to lose it.

it's quite possible.  but stay with it!  weight loss will come and be healthier than before.

thanks that article was really helpful and i suppose gaining a few pounds is nothing if i can lose it later and then keep it off
