Recovering from an eating disorder, it isn't easy...but I was wondering, how much do the percentages matter?
I would think that the best way to put weight back on would be to do so through protein, but as a vegetarian, this is very hard. My way of keeping my calories up is eating high-density calorific food, however theese also tend to be very high fat.
In an average day, my fat tends to be over 30%, and my protein below 20%. Should I worry about this? Or are high fat foods a good way to put on those extra pounds? What should the pie chart look like for me to put weight on happily and safely?
