Weight Gainers: What did YOU eat today?
I am copying the many times copied thread, "What did you eat today?" in hopes of helping some of those who are just starting to gain and have no clue what to eat. I know that when I began weight recovery, I was eating tons of low-cal foods just because that's what I was used to. I learned the hard way that dense foods are essential to weight gain when you have high caloric requirements (at one point I needed 4500 cal to maintain my weight on BEDREST). Perhaps newbies can get some ideas if we post our weight gain meal plans! Even if you're not gaining anymore, grab an old one and post it!:]
Please note that every body is different and some will need more or less calories than others to gain. This thread is just so that you can get an idea of what you need.
Oh, and yes, I'm breaking the "no calories, no portions" rule, since it is pretty helpful in this case. If you want to post cals/portions you can. I just ask that you don't post if you're not eating enough, though as this is a weight gain thread, I would hope none of you are undereating.;]
I'll start....
Breakfast (875 cal)*
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (150) cooked with
- 1 cup evaporated whole milk (300)
- 1 mashed banana (100)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (200)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed and cinnamon to taste (50)
- 1 hard-boiled egg (75 cal)
Morning Snack (300 cal)*
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (200)
- 1/4 cup dried apricots (100)
Lunch (660 cal)*
- 1/4 cup rice cooked in 1 cup chicken stock (300) and
- 1/2 cup canned or cooked chickpeas (145) and
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese (150) and
- 1/4 cup each onion, peppers, and tomato (30) cooked with
- 1 tbsp olive oil and curry powder to taste (120)
Afternoon snack (390 cal)*
- 1 serving baby carrots (35)
- 1/4 cup hummus (155)
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (200)
Dinner (875 cal)*
- 1 cup of my insane Mac & Cheese recipe (515)
- 2 cups tossed salad (45)
- 2 tbsp rasins (60)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (105)
- 2 tbsp dressing (150)
Evening snack (480)*
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt (180)
- 1/2 cup homemade granola (300)

hi everyone-thanks for the bday wishes, the interview was ok i think, but its hard to tell so who knows..bday tomm-ill be old, well leave it at that!lol planning my dad's pancakes plus more for bfast, mall w/ a friend, then dont know, then dinner w parents. activity suggestions? i want ice cream i think, dont know for dinner, i just want to be flexable and am really bad at deciding on anything w/ food.
yesterday was about 2300!! still mad at my mother, yes immature, but she doesnt get EDs, and what she says does not help. i cant just eatand not count (MEESH) bc for me, that would lead to overestimating and undereating, plus my hunger/satiety cues are so out of whak. ugh, and still backed uo from wed!
fri so far-

fiber one bar, plum ~200
cheese sandwich w/ sweet potato +avocado, some veggies, fage w/fruit sauce, ~tspn PB, peach ~430
MEESH- I Still just cant believe and understand how some ppl, you and others, are eating high calories yet not gaining, it is just so weird? bodies are so weird? lol

to the people going to university/colleges, im going to and im anxious, just in general sometimes it gets me down i just went for a long walk to try sort my head out, it didn't really work but i dunno, maybe i should eat something, dont know like what though, i hope you all continue to gain healthy weight, what are your bmi's like. mines always been above 18 i think but i still looked really think, bags under eyes/weak/my spine still shows on my back which is why i still think i need to gain weight. anyway that's my rant for now. keep on keeping on.
late night "binge" tiny bit of ice cream, wm pita with hummous, seafood stick, 2 spoons of PB (couldve eaten the whole pot), loads of fromage frais.
so many posts! ack, I'd have to come on here even more times a day than I already do (a number I'm embarrased to admit lol) just to keep up. let's see...
t17- my bmi is 16 right now :\ and i've been eating around 4k for months, boo, stupid metabolism always catches up with me. But you don't have to be at an extremely low bmi to be malnourished, if you don't think you look healthy it's probably because you're not eating enough. I know my appearance drastically changed and I looked a million times better once I started eating more, even before the weight started to come on. Good job on the ice cream! Just don't worry about it and eat what you like, there's nothing wrong with several spoonfuls or more of pb, it's been a lifesaver for me!
agru- when you become more accustomed to feeding yourself and get a better idea of what you like, etc, it will be easier to not count and eat intuitively, don't stress and take it at your own pace. parent's can really be a pain sometimes, mine aren't overly understanding, and my mom even had her own short period of anorexia too! I think she's forgotten what that was like. Have you ever had an ice cream cake? That's two great things in one! I have a summer bday too so I used to always have pool parties and get an ice cream cake.
theo- I'm so happy you've discovered oatmeal! And yes, go ahead and have it 3 times a day as long as you eat other things too hehe. You can pretty much put anything in it and make it really high cal. Try making oatmeal with strawberries tonight and put ice cream on top, it's heavenly!!
meesh- I'm so jealous you get to go to a vegan restaurant! That food sounds amazing. Not counting is going really well, the first two days were really stressful (withdrawal?) and now I still sometimes want to out of curiosity, but it's not as big a deal anymore. I've been eating around 4000 calories a day for a while now too so I have a good idea as to what that amount of food looks/ feels like. You do have to be willing to keep shoving the food down regardless of whether you know the numbers because I know I get tempted to just eat normally and then undereat. I know what you mean about being impatient! I'm like that too and this weight is coming on sooo slowly, I've been in recovery since january and am about halfway to my goal weight but I'm so ready to just look normal already.
aussie- great job with the pasta again! and it was ww, sooo good for you! I sometimes get kind of dizzy after walking around for a while too, and even if I don't feel hungry it's usually because I do need to eat. Glad you "refueled" :)
charlieuk- I've eaten the entire package of gnocchi on several occasions :X it's just so good and probably an awesome weight gaining food since I can eat so much of it without any stomach upsetting.
my foods for the day-
b- optimum rebound cereal (i don't remember who asked, but no i'ts not very good :\) almonds, coconut flakes with soymilk topped with honey. blueberries, a banana, kefir yogurt, wm vanilla yogurt.
l- made my own sushi! much more substantial than the restaurant kind but sort of overstuffed so it fell apart. Had mashed avocado with mango salsa, rice, carrot. sprout and spinach salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
s- Turkish spinach cake I made http://www.turkishcookbook.com/2007/01/spinac h-cake.php, not the best so I sandwiched two slices together with almond butter. sliced pear with sunbutter. wm vanilla yogurt. coffee.
d- going out with my parents, so I have no idea yet
then I'm going to a piano bar for a friends bday!
Lala broccolini is the equivalent of "tenderstem broccoli" here in the UK. One of my fave green veggies (after pak choi!). Have you visited the vegan lunchbox blog for lunch ideas for school.
Peanutbutter Way to go for reaching maintenance. Be PROUD of yourself for kicking that ED's butt and showing it you don't want it to be rule or even be a part of your life.

Aqua I don't know what funnel cake is? but i hope you enjoy it if you get it. I love farmers markets, crazily expensive here in the UK though especially in London.
Charlie Totally agree with everyone on how good your food sounds. I also do the same thing with psyching myself up for a higher number than is likely, then I feel ok if i've gained which I should hopefully be doing consistently now.
Aussie Well done on the little weight gain, hope it sticks around for you and keeps moving up! How much are you eating by the way?
Theo Merton eh? I almost applied there but my place is actually for Magdalen, the most beautiful college in my opinion! I STILL havn't tried oatmeal, keep meaning too but have been working mornings at the hotel and so keep having to eat the crappy breakfast there instead of my choice.
Relena I didn't read your post before it was deleted but if you're still reading. Please think about your decisions. This is your life, don't let the ED trick you into thinking everything is ok as it is, because to be honest if he's still around then it's not. You have to want to get better though so just please please reconsider! I want the best for you as I do for myself. I know how difficult it is but fight fight fight through those feelings.
t17 It's perfectly fine for you to gain weight, especially if that's what you want, you have to feel comfortable in yourself. Unfortunately my bmi is pretty low...under 14 at the moment. I can def relate with the weird anxious feelings about going to uni and life in general. I just have to try and convince myself that that is the damn ed trying to screw up my life and stop me doing the things the real me wants to do in life by making me anxious and angry and miserable etc. Alot of the time it's pretty hard to separate me from it though and the feelings can get the better of me.

L: multigrain petit pain bread roll with hummus, spinach and cherry tomatoes from the garden! Activia Strawberry ff yoghurt
S1: 30g belgian chocolate covered raisins!
S2: Ensure plus chocolate flavour
D: spicy tofu with soya beans and udon noodles, nectarine
S: Options hot chocolate with homemade oatmeal-raisin cookie
TOTAL: 1960 ( I can't believe i'm still doing this, scared for tue (weigh-in day!))
wooooooooo-my mom is downstairs getting a little party ready, oh, no, its my dad, lol. they came home and i told them to go back out to baskin robbins and just surprise me. i sort of feel like a faty at times, just bc im losing the control over the foods i once ate, all the veggies i used to have, and now im having, what i ithnk is more normal food, but i feel like a glutton making me doubt my portions and food choices. when i get full at dinner i think, salad, or food w cals, i better have the food w cals and then basically never have anything healthy bc i figure if im stuffing myself, it better have a lot of cals.
T17-college was great! i was sso nervous the night befrore, then thank goodness i met a ton of ppl and had the best 4 yrs ever! take one step at a time and itll be great!!
GIBBIT-ice cream cake is great, but i only really like the crunchy middle part, ya know, i dont like the white frosting thing on top, tastes like a melted candle to me, lol. i cant wait to eat intuitively, eat normaly, just to eat bc im hungry stop when im full, and not count, be able to eat not on a schedule and bc i have to eventho im not hungry! my family tens to be more overweight than under, i used to be moderateky and so i really dont know what normal eating is. oh, i made sushi too before, deff better than a restaurant! have fun tonight!
Agru- No prob. :D Heh. I'm glad you feel comfortable with doing that. :) Also- I read about how your parents ate the fishsticks, lol! Fishsticks are good though, as long as they don't have like transfats or too much saturated fat, just think fo the omega-3s! Hehe. And yeah, I love shrimp too! Also, happy birthday. ;D
Aqua- Oh, I was thanking you for saying that my food "looks great today" Heeeeeheee...
Gibbit- just saw your picture, and you're VERY pretty. :) Hope you don't mind me saying that, ahhaha. :D Also, I love making 1000 calorie oatmeals too, lol! It's such an awesome breakfast when I do that. :D And for my smoothies, I usually just stick a frozen banana or one and a half of them into my Magic Bullet mathinger with about a cup of soymilk (any more and it starts to spill out of the container. o___O)... I don't really like adding anything else to it; I tried avocados once, and I didn't really like the taste... blech. It just added this... oddness to it. However, I've been adding peanut butter and chocolate syrup and honey and coffee powder and um... whey :D So I can make my own smoothies that are pretty high cal when I don't have my Boost/ensure. Teehee. <3
Angel- I'm glad :D also, I think you should HAVE a donut if you feel like it- I just discovered that these huge donuts from tim hortons (do you guys have that in the U.S.?) are only 200-250cals, 300 max. for the ones with nuts/stuff. I always thought they were like, 500 calories or 800 or something! So I think I'll have a donut sometime this week myself. :) Also, angel- awesome oatmeal, hahaha. I've tried mixing in cottage cheese before too, but I hate the texture. It's like I made it with chunky milk. D:
Headingup- Ah, that's fine :D I think I forgot to welcome you, too... unless you were already here? Haha... Also, my doctor can't prescribe the ensure for some reason (wth?) so I have to buy it myself... lucky you for getting them free, I wish I could, ahhaa. They're great in smoothies.
Charlieuk- Thaaaanks :) My bmi is probably about 19 now, which is fine, but I think my doctor would prefer it to be like 21 or something. I really don't want to gain anymore weight though, bleh >_<
Lala- Congrats :D Also, I'm sorry you didn't get to go on your vacation; I screwed up my last year also, and I have to re-take a few things... except I'm still in high-school, so bleh. D: Let's both do better this year, okay? :D

Here's today's stuff:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with pb, apple butter, cinnamon, soymilk; smoothie with soymilk and banana
Lunch: Two slices dempster's wholewheat prebiotic bread(lol) with a bunch of turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard.
Snack: Bowl of scottish oats with a thing of yogurt mixed in, and about a tbsp of my crappy transfat-loaded chocolate syrup.. and more apple butter. Barf.
Dinner: Chicken breast seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, parsley... on a whole wheat pita, with a ton of honey mustard and mayonnaise; also, about 25 baby carrots steamed with thyme.. hehehe :D
But that only brings me to about 2300 today... CRAP. Anybody have ideas as to what I can eat?!? I ran out of nuts :'( I've been eating about 3000 for the past three-four days, and I already feel huge, but I don't know if I'm actually gaining a bunch of weight or if it's just water... ughhh. I wish I knew what the hell was going on. I can't even fit into my jeans anymore.

ohhh, my stomach is killing me rt now! my paresnts brought home baskin robbins ice cream, mint chip and reeses PB cup, so i think i had like 3 scoops maybe, i dunno. when i measure ice cream i pack it down into a measuring cup but these were scoop shaped, and not even full scoopsbut like big spoonfulls maybe, i really dont know how to count it? when they list the cals for the ice cream, like 300 for a 4oz scoop it says, is that packed down, i just dont know if i had that much or how to count??

D: Also, I think I may just have some PB :) But I'm running out of that, too. Haha. I need to go shopping again. >> Maybe I'll have some ice cream? there's a bit left in the fridge, maybe a cup or so. :D I also don't know how to log ice cream properly; I always pack the half cup measures full of the stuff, but I don't know if the package means a 1/2 cup "packed" or not "packed" when it lists the calorie information.. guhh. For the amount of ice cream you had, I would just assume it's somewhere between 4&5 oz, so log it as the 300; if you're over, then you're over by a couple cals. D: No big deal, right? It's so hard to just let go sometimes...

so the ice cream, lol, i looked it up on here and it said a 4oz scoop of the PB ice cream is 300, i had maybe 3 spoon/scoops, but i cant believe it was really that much? like, it wasnt packed into the ice cream scoop? i have no understanding of what portions are!?
eek, so on the site it says 4 oz, then a certain amount in grams, 290 cals or something, then on the site it says 1/2 cup, some amount in grams but less, and then only like 190 cals, im either way over counting or under, and this is what always gets me in trouble!?
Agru- Wow, that's an extra hundred cals there... okay, well maybe the only thing you can do is make a rough estimate. :( Sometimes that's all any of us can do.
Also: I'm having a cup and a half of icecream WITH pb. :D MMMmmm.
ha, so it would be 100 per scoop tho, so either like 300 more or less?
so really good tho, taking PB, melt in mcrowave, then put on ice cream!
Mmmm, that's what I did! Melted the PB :D except I kind of just put the ice cream over top of it and mixed it, until it was like soup... <3 ice cream SOUP!
To be safe, I'd say log it as the 300... I don't know. That's why I still don't eat anything I don't know the count of, or at least the weight of. =___= too much speculation...
so it could be a diff of 300, like 1 scoop or wahtever that is, is either 190 or 290, and i think, that i had 3, i dont know. it would just be much easier if i had a better grip and understanding of poritons. thats why i still emasure bc ill undereat, i dont know how much i had and how much a portion is or anything.

theo- Woooo congrats for discovering oatmeal! I happen to think that it is the best breakfast ever. I think I could eat it three times a day! You know what's really good? Canned pumpkin in oatmeal w/ cinnamon and a graham cracker. Mmmm, pumpkin pie :) And yeah, I'm always nauseous too. Whenever my eating is off schedule (too early OR too late), or if I don't get enough food, I feel sick.
headingup- Funnel cake is a classic carnival food in the US. It's basically pancake batter that is poured into vats of hot oil in a spiral motion. It comes out looking like worms! Then it gets a bunch of powdered sugar dumped on top. alysha- Haha, I'm on this thread like ten times a day so I never remember when I say what to who! Are Scottish oats different than oatmeal? I suggest just having PB on something... toast, a banana, whatever you have! And have you though of ice cream? Ben and Jerry's and Haagen Dazs both pack in over 200 cals per half cup.
agru- I really wouldn't worry about the cals in your ice cream! It's your b-day (almost), and you shouldn't have to bother yourself with thinking of calories!
Ehhh the fair was okay. For my "dinner" I had some fresh Wisconsin cheddar on an apple. I know it's not close to how many cals it needs to be but I couldn't bring myself to have a gross, greasy slice of pizza! But afterwards I made up for it my having lots of raspberry soft serve ice cream in a cone. And also a few bites of funnel cake. I'm feeling rather guilty now though b/c at the fair I got a lot of ice cream thinking that it was the low-fat kind with like 100 cals per half cup. But then I looked it up and it's 380 for a cup?? I prob. had more than that. So now I'm nervous because I'm over my cals and I don't like that to happen unless I plan it. WHY can't I have normal 13-year-old thoughts? I wish I could think about like Disney Channel or something instead.
Headingup-I totally get that! No one can make you recover and truly stay recovered. It is up to you :] Of course they can help and give resources, etc.
Charlieuk-Mmm, Italian! It sounds amazing! Congrats. I think that calories while still balancing meals is best. Good luck!
Aussie-I see it that way to! If I want to get to Minnesota, do I fill up to full or to half? Hope that makes sense :P But it also helps me to eat healthy and all. I love eating healthy and it just makes sense to eat well b/c I want my tank/car to work as good as possible!
Aquaev-Go USA. I stayed up until 1 watching it. So worth it though :D Sorry to hear your therapy did not help. It stinks when someone does not seem to fully understand what you are trying to say. That is so sad to hear about those kids. No one should live life like that, esp. little kids! I really wish this world did not put so much pressure to be beautiful and slim.

So apparently I'm terrible at getting to the computer to keep up with this thread! Whoops. So starting from the bottom up...
alysha - Ice cream soup is amazing! When I was little I used to put my ice cream in the microwave to soften it and my whole family thought I was crazy. Haha
agru - I think it is near impossible to figure out the calories in ice cream unless you have the nutrition label from whatever it is you're eating. There is just SO MUCH variation out there!
t17 - Peanut butter is my stupid weakness. I know that it's something that makes me feel sick if I eat too much of it but I just love it so much! Mmmmmm. As for university... I'm going back after taking some time off and it's stressing me out too, even though I've been there before! Mostly just the idea of doing an intermediate calculus course after not doing calc since fall semester '06 terrifies me beyond belief. Not to mention the fact that I have lost touch (on purpose) with my old friends/roommates and am now going to be that person who's 2 or more years older than everyone else in my classes. I'm used to being the young one of my friends, and do not take well to being the oldest. Gaaaaaah! Stress.
As for food....
I've been adding in these 'shake' things to my day...
a scoop of chocolate protein powder
some chocolate milk powder to help with taste
some instant coffee mix for taste
a hefty amount of fibre powder stuff
all mixed with 5% light cream
They're about 500-600 calories a go, and I like that they're pretty macronutrient-rich (protein, fat, fibre, some other carbs)
So today I've had 2 shakes, a banana, a package of crackers, vector cereal with cream (still getting used to it), a caramel/vanilla drumstick ice cream cone, a package of those fizz candies (hehe!), a granola bar, 1.5 strawberry pop tarts... and a can of iced tea. Today SUCKED as far as 'real' food goes, but there's reason for it. I didn't start work until later than usual today, and I fell asleep and then was late for work, so didn't get a chance to pack a real lunch (thus the crackers, banana, pop tarts, granola bar, ice cream, candies, garbage food, etc.) After work I had to walk the dog and pick up my car from the garage, so by the time I got a chance to eat I was just like "Screw it! I'm having a shake and cereal!"
I still feel like I ate a ton though. Grrr, I want to stop feeling like that. I know I'm supposed to be eating more than the 'average' person, but I always feel like since my weight wasn't really that low and I still had a good amount of fat on me and I always felt like a failure when it came to restricting and I only had messed up eating for about a year that I couldn't have actually pushed my body into starvation crazy mode and shouldn't really need to eat that much... but I'm going to because I probably do need to, especially since I'm active and stuff.
Oh, random other aside... I cut and dyed my hair, and in my mind my hair would look great... if it was on a person with stick skinny legs. On me it just kind of looks like I'm heading toward the stylings of a butch lesbian. (Note... I have no problems with lesbians, butch or otherwise. :P I'm just not one, and I really am not into looking masculine. hehe) Anyways, it's a sucky thought and I need to keep ignoring it.
Agruskin-HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Hope it goes awesome! What are you planning on doing and having? Sorry to hear about your mother not trusting you. I used to feel the same way, but my mom is really supportive. She actually gets ed. But just keep on doing great and your mom will realize just how hard you are and how amazing you are! Oh, your mom and dad sound like sweet people!
Theo-Yay for your newfound love of oatmeal! I honestly have tried peanut butter and it is not my favorite. Any suggestion to make oatmeal w/ PB that actually tastes good? Do not get me wrong, I ADORE PB!
Gibbit-I think I asked if "Optimum Rebound" was any good. :] Too bad to hear that it is not that amazing. Do you mind me asking why do you eat it then?
Aquaev-You are doing so amazing lately! I mean so many yummy sounding foods too. Do not sweat the extra calories. The ed wants you to stress about going over, while we need the calories! Lol about the disney channel comment. That made me kind of smile :D But if it helps, I do not watch it much or think about it!
I have discovered another delicious combo snack! Go me :P Take a cookie(I used a KASHI one) spread some all natural PB (or sweet nut butter) and stick on a small square of dark chocolate. I am telling you, pure heaven :-O I also made whole wheat chocolate chip cookies today for my bros birthday. I melted chocolate and drizzled(more like poured) it over them. AMAZING!
Tonight I am very sad and probably will be for a while. My boyfriend and I got our schedules and we have ONE OUT OF EIGHT together. I am going to try and get it fixed. Please let me get it fixed. My mom is going to try her hardest and I am betting that she will be able to pull some strings; she did last year :D I am going to stop talking now b/c I could go on and on and ON!!!
Aqua- :D that's quite alright. Scottish oats are actually steel-cut oats, basically. :) I add them to to reg. oatmeal and cook them for the normal amount of time so that they're still slightly under-cooked and add crunch, because I like it that way. :D Hehehe.
Aimee- YAY! Ice cream soup is the bomb diggity =] hehehe.. I read somewhere that ice cream tastes better when it's melted anyway, so we're the smarter ones who melted our ice cream... ;D
EDIT: Psychoj- Aww, I've had that happen to me many times. D: I hope you can get your timetable fixed- every time I've tried to change mine in the past, my counselor gives me hell, saying things like "We can't change your course because THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE ASKING and it wouldn't be fair blahblahblah.."... Yeah, okay. Just admit to the fact that you screw up big time every year. :) Hahhahahaa!
I just made some veganized rice pudding, lmao... except it's not really rice, it's Quinoa... and it tastes reeeeally good. :D Link!
Also; I was thinking about making some almond milk once I buy more almonds (which I will probably do tomorrow). How many calories do you guys think would be in a cup of home-made almond milk? Or, how would it compare to commercially-made almond milk, like Almond Breeze? Any thoughts?

alysha- you're beautiful too! your pic is so cute!I also like slightly undercooked oatmeal, I actually don't like overly cooked things in general. PB and ice cream is amazing! What's with everyone melting ice cream? I used to stir mine like crazy until it melted and then I could eat it. it's weird that even our pre-ed selves have some simliar habits.
psycho- I'm sorry about your schedule! You'll still get to spend time with him after classes though, right? I love to hear about your healthy baking :) I sometimes start to think I'm the only one that likes to healthify absolutely everything. I bought the optimum rebound cereal because it sounded good and has a lot of protein. I keep eating it because I can't stand to waste food and want to get rid of it quickly so I can go buy some granola. My pantry is sort of overflowing as it is lol.
aimee- ugh pb!! I'm obsessed, it's my binge food and I make myself sick almost every time. I'm so disgusting!
agru- I have no idea how to measure out ice cream, but I know I always have wayy more than a serving! How about you make this your first food that you don't measure or count? Just think of it as one day, one meal that you didn't worry about. You can go back to counting ice cream tomorrow if you really want, but still know that you've lived through not counting it one day and everything is still ok!
so the rest of today-
d- went to Hobbit Cafe with my family and had a black bean burger. This place is sooo good! And the portions are huge, it's the kind of burger you have to attack with a knife and fork :) carrot salad on the side.
s- just got home and have sort of binged :\ Had 4 peices of my cake from earlier spread with almond butter and apricot jelly, and a few handfuls of almonds on the side. Tea with soymilk. Ugh I'm so full and having to fight myself to not go back and get another piece. I need to brush my teeth and just get in bed. GRRRR why is my eating so disordered?!?!?!
