is this weight okay if i'm eating well?
okay, so here is my question. if i typically eat like this (minus the beers and probably add in a few snacks, maybe some chips and hummus because obviously i don't drink everyday) am 21, female and maintain 100-105 pounds at 5'4.75" (i'm not quite 5'5") is it okay to maintain this weight?
i know a lot of people say no because 'i'm underweight according to bmi charts' but is it possible that i'm just a smaller person and that it can be a healthy weight for me?
i'm vegan and i eat really healthy. i'm not super active but i am a server (3-4 hours 3-5 times a week) and i ride my bike places because i don't have a car (and it's better for the earth) but besides that i am not very active and all i do is toning 3x/week for maybe 20 minutes.
what do you think? i eat when i'm hungry (well except when i'm at work cause i can't snack on stuff well waiting tables though i wish i could because i get hungry at work :( !!) and i try to make sure i get enough good fat, lean protein, whole grains and of course vitamins and water.
i don't think i'm fat and i don't want to lose weight. i have things i hate about my body but overall i think i look decent and just try to focus on keep healthy and toned.
what do you think? opinions?

I have sent you an email with a strength routine that I want you to do 2 - 3 times a week!
You only have a little bit of weight to gain, aiming for 110 is not that far, let me know when you get my email please!
i haven't received it yet.
First of all, don't look at the BMI chart. Instead, focus on how you FEEL. Are you comfortable in your skin? Do you have enough energy throughout the day? Are your BMs regular? Are you having any symptoms of being too underweight (low BP, low pulse, losing hair, yellowed skin, teeth/gum problems)?
You mentioned that your period is regular, a very good thing. Lack of a menstrual cycle is pretty much the first indicator that your weight has gone too high/low.
Honestly, if you feel fine and healthy and have no health problems, then I wouldn't worry.
