How much weight did you increase by?

Hello ladies, I was just curious to find out how much weight you increased by in each stage. Here are my numbers so far (I'm only on my 3rd week)

Stage 1 Workout A

Squat started bar +10, now bar +15

Push-up BW

Seated row started 45 now 60

step up started 10lbs going up 4 steps, now 15 lbs higher step

prone jacknife started 8 , now 10 less wobbly

Stage 1 Workout B

Deadlift started bar, now bar +20

Dumbbell started at 10, now 12

Wide-grip lat pulldown started 45, now 55

lunge started at 10, now 20

crunches started 8, now 10

Did you ever figure out if your bar was an oly bar?  Looks like you are making good progress so far!  Keep it up.  I can't post mine as I don't have my journals with me at work and I really don't remember now.

No I forgot to ask but it is the one, that is wider on the ends, and it's pretty heavy.

i was able to double my weight in stage 1. however, i just did stage 2 workout a, & some how i doubt ill be able to do the same in 3 weeks. i had to go down some just to do some of the exercises.

I didn't go up all that much during stage 1 but I think I started a little too heavy. I am almost done with stage 2 and I deffinitely haven't gone up much! I feel like since so much time is spent on one leg, it's a whole new thing and it's hard to go up in weight when you're having a hard time standing! It's been good though!

Sounds like Stage 2 gets you to increase endurance moreso that weight, thats cool and good to know.

yeah I'm finding it alot more difficult than I thought it would be! That's good though! I need that!
