Weight Issue
Do any of you guys what is the normal weight for a 5'9, 16 year old teen?My weight is 127 lbs do i need to gain a little bit of weight? what are your commets on this? Any would be greatly appreciated
At 5'9 and 16, while 127lbs, you are in the underweight category - a BMI of 18.3. You could do with putting on about another ten pounds to put you safely in the healthy range. This can be done with the aid of weight lifting and strength training as well as increased calories in your diet. If you'd like help and advice on either of these please let me know, I know a few things. :]

If you want to gain weight you need to be eating 3000 if you are utterly sedentary and more if you are at all active.
