Weight lifters, how many calories are you consuming?
Kinda random I guess, but here goes.
Just wondering how much you, as a weightlifter, are eating per day. Please list your height and weight too please.

5'9" 210 and I eat about 1200 a day. The program here says i should eat about 1900, but I just can't get that down. Maybe that is why I can't loose this beer bellly.
Well today is the first day of bulking... (don't ask)
MY trainers upped my Cal's to 2200 per day in 5ft3 115lb girly .... im gonna be huge!!! RAW!!!! ....
oh btw if anyone see's me rolling by please push me back into the direction of my office because seriously i feel like a beach ball right now i dont think i have ever eaten this much in my life and it's only half way though the day !!!
ive gained nearly 5 pounds with my trainer over the past mounth.
i eat roughly 3000+ calories a day
I'm 5'9 and about 125 lbs.
Too skinny looking with my body type so I am bulking up for basketball.
I eat about 2500-3000+ a day.
15 years old, 5'3", 117 lbs. Usually eating around 1800-2300.
5'6", 143 lbs (as of today), I'll usually eat between 1800-2000. Except for right now, I'm sick. ![]()
5'6", 123 pds. I eat 1500-2000, but am trying to keep a deficit as I'm looking to drop a few pounds. I lift 4-5 times a week.
I'm a complete novice at lifting but was so inspired by the New Rules of Lifting for Women that I've started the program. I'm 5'2" and 124 mushy lbs. I'm eating 1800-2000 calories - which is a lot, especially since I'm much more considerate of my nutrition now. It's amazing how much I need to consume - particularly now that I'm replacing what used to be calories for wine and pizza with HEALTHY stuff :) I have to say, it's been a week and I feel healthy and happy.
5'4", 158 pounds. 1400-1800 average a day.
i only lift to retain what i have while slimming.
I consume about 2200 calories a day, with my diet consisting of mostly carbs and protein. I lift weights usually 6 days a week with a rest day on Sunday. 6'1", 192lbs.
6'2" 205, 35 years old... 3000-3500 calories
5'6 102 lbs 3500-4000+ calories a day. ive managed to put on what i believe a solid 1.3 pounds this past week YES! i lift 3 times a week for 20 minutes .
