Weight Lifting and Cardio
I weight train for about 30 minutes 2-3 times a week. On off days, I do intense cardio. Do I need to be doing cardio on the days I weight train? Should I do less intense and about how long? Thanks for the replies!!

I would only do about 5 minutes before and after just to loosen up and get your blood pumping. if you want to put on muscle you want to only do light cardio... you might want to lighten up your off day workout.
It's not necessary to do cardio every day. It necessary to take a day off each week where you aren't doing anything particularly intense, so hopefully you aren't doing intense cardio on every day that you aren't weight training.
Intense cardio of 35 to 45 minutes is recommended to lose fat (I'm still working @ intensifying my cardio
and losing more fat). The days you do weight training you have to decide if you feel like the intense cardio. However, like another respondent stated, you do need time to recover--so make sure you have days that you rest--perhaps 2 days on one day off or alternate days. I weight train for 60 minutes twice weekly and walk 12 - 15 miles per week.
