Why do you need to do bench on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Everyone knows bench is for Mondays and Fridays and every Wednesday that falls on an odd numbered day of the month.

hahaha floggingsully!

hi gamebred! I just wanted to chime in and say that there's a great Group on CC called Lifting as a Lifestyle. I've been lurking around and reading the posts and the people there are really into lifting and seem to know what they're talking about (right melkor? :)

check 'em out! and good luck!

I am doing Body For Life and my schedule is wk 1 upper body Mon, and Frid - Cardio Tues / Thur Sat and lower body of Wed - then the next week its 2 days of lower one of upper and still the 3 of cardio- but the cardio is a 20 minute interval ( little less than HIIT.  My goal is to lose some lbs gain some muscle and get fitter and smaller-

I don't do any bench presses cause I don't have a spotter.  I mostly do free weights and push as hard as I can

Try the Tnation Really Fast Fat Loss routine lots of links on that around this forum.  Try the New Rules of lifting for women or any other weight lifting book for "men" not the woman magazines.
