hey guys,
what do the green vs. blue lines mean on the weight log?
THANKS
Reason: Moved from Weight Loss to Calorie Count Plus forum

The green line is the "supposed trend" What you should be weighing if you were losing the 1-2lbs a week. The blue is what you are actually achieving. Hope that helps.
~~I found this explanation from one of the mediators (folks with an orange Astrix by their name), the mediators are the bunch who'd be able to tell you why the logs are set up a certain way... they help run the website~~
The green line is your Trend line -- it takes your last ten weights and calculates which direction your weight is heading. It has the effect of evening out many of the minor fluctuations that happen with weigh ins (particularly if you are a frequent weigher).
As long as the green line is still going down, don't freak too much about blue line up and downs
- What is the trend or green line?
The blue line represents your actual daily weight (what you input based on your scales reading), and the green line is a moving average trendline. The trend is an average of your last 10 weights which you inputted. The more frequently you input your data (once a day as opposed to once a week or less) the more accurate the trend data will be. If the trend is going up it shows you are gaining (on average), if it is going down it shows you are losing, if it is the same you are plateauing or maintaining.
