weight loss and breast size

i've been thinking about a breast reduction for a long time, but since stumbling on this website i've finallly had some weight loss success and think i'm really gonna be able to stick to this as a lifestyle.. so i have put the breast reduction idea on hold to see if weight loss will change my bra size naturally.

i know everyone's bodies are different, but is there anyone who has seen a significant change in their breast size with weight loss? that would be major added incentive to keep me eating right and exercising!

I unfortunately don't lose much in the breast area no matter how much weight I drop.  I go from an almost D to a comfortable C and that's about as low as it goes.  I say unfortunately because bras in 32C are hard to find.  I'll also probably go up a cup size with each kid as this is the norm for women on my mom's side of the family.

However, everyone's different.  A couple of my friends lose their chest first when they drop a few pounds.  I've also got friends who have had reduction surgery.  Both of them love it but both of them were also having major back problems caused by carrying around too much extra in the front.  Unless you have a real medical reason for getting it done now I'd wait.

i went from a 36-d to a 36-c and my weight loss has not stopped. at the moment my bras are all way to big in the cup- i need to get new ones- but i don't want to until ive reached my goal. def wait on the surgery! breast reduction does NOT sound fun!

oh no! i dont want to lose my boobies! i'm only a 36B right now and anything smaller would look too small on my frame!

but yes i've always heard your boobs get smaller. my mom exercised a ton, went down like 6 dress sizes and 2 bra sizes.

so chances are, your boobies shall get smaller. thats where alot of fat goes, i've heard.

I've lost 5 total (13 to go) and I haven't lost any thing in the boob area (thank God.)  After breastfeeding two kids, I deserve to keep everything I've got!  (36 D)
