100 calorie packs. There's tons of choices of all our favorite guilty pleasures but portioned out in an amount that's easily workable into my 1,300sh day. My favorites are the hostess cupcakes but there are Doritos, Ritz Snack Mix, Chips Ahoy, Oreos and the list goes on and on it seems. If you can stop at 1 they're fantastic. Also I really like the Apple Cinnamon Quakes. 60cal for 8 mini cakes.
Thanks a bunch I did not know they had so many to choose from I have only tried the oreo and peanut butter cookie paks I will look for the cup cake ASAP! Yummo!!!! lol Thanks!!!;) I am soooo looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow!!! I know I will do good!!
I am happy to say I've been inspiring my mom to work on her weight as
well! She has knee arthritis, so it's hard for her to walk for exercise
and it makes her knees worse. So, I helped convince her to get an
exercise bike - I kept telling her how much it would help both her
knees and her weight, and went on Craigslist to find a nice one for
only $50, and went with her to pick it up. I'm so proud of myself for
my self-improvement lately, but it's even better when you can help
someone else.
I'm excited. I lost 6 pounds this week, since last Sunday. I think 3 of those was water weight, but not the other three.
Hey can i join ,it is my first day .Im 255 and 5'4" and need motivation
Come aboard Simar. Glad to have you. Feel free to share your stories, ask questions, seek encouragement, and give encouragement.
Hi I am with you .I started in Jan and really did not do much. I see the doctor today and I know I am in trouble. so I need to get with this and make it work. Help everyone. I need dinner menu/s to help me. I do will for breakfast and lunch. I drop the bag when it comes to dinner.
I have the same problem with dinner, linda. I like to go out to dinner
a couple times a week, and I eat the healthiest I can at those places,
but it's always a bunch of calories. However, I've found that just
saving up, and eating nice and light during the day saves up plenty of
calories for dinner, and then I don't have to worry so much.
Anyone else have great dinner suggestions? I'm useless at cooking, so I don't have any great ideas to offer!

Everyone looking for a Dinner idea: Soooo delicious.
Grilled Chicken breast with onion powder and garlic powder seasoning. I grill it on my foreman grill.
Roasted Zucchini and onion. Cut up zucchini and onion and put in 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Eat and enjoy.
Whole grain brown rice. I like the Natural Brown Rice by Uncle Ben's
Add a piece of fruit to your meal, and there ya have it. One fantastic dinner.
I hope you'll try this dinner. I think you'll like it. It's very nutritious, under 500 calories (I don't remember how many exactly), and tasty. And olive oil is the only fat in it, and it is a healthy fat, so you're OK.

just checking in for today....
Well yesterday we had family over to celebrate my sisters birthday. I had some good moments and some bad. I chose the pork tenderloin w/no sauce instead of the BBQ chicken, and took 1/2 a cup serving of my mom's jello salad (instead of the usual heaping serving!). However, I did enjoy a watermelon margarita, and had a small piece of cake with a 1/2 cup of homemade vanilla ice cream. I enjoyed my dessert and ate it with dignity, I just know I need to not indulge on the leftovers and get out and walk the dog today to make up for it.
Hope everyone else's day is going well!

dinner ideas
Summer is a great time for grilling and I have to say that pork tenderloin is my new favorite! It a lean meat, and tastewise kicks the pants off of pork chops (mine always come out dry!). I buy the pork tenderloin from Costco and put some teriyaki sauce on it as a marinade (the Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki is the best!) and then put it on the grill. It always comes out tender and moist. I usually serve this with potato packets. Just slice up some potatoes and onion, drizzle some olive oil on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper or other seasonings. Put into a foil packet and set on the grill (put on before tenderloin because it takes a few minutes more).
Hope this helps!

Alli
Anyone thinking about Alli??? I have considered it, but haven't checked out prices at the store yet. I feel like i eat enough of a low fat diet that the side effects wouldn't be an issue. Also, if I did have a treat now and then I'd just be sure not to take an Alli right before I eat it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks1

I think that you'd be better off without Alli. You need some good fats in your diet, so by keeping the fats at a small amt, and using just good fats when you do have fat, and eating healthy with the other food groups, I think you would lose weight in a much healthier way. That's just my 2 cents worth.
Thanks for your help. I find I am so rushed after work that I grab food any food. I need more planning I think. I also like to eat out so I don't have to cook. but the protions are so large. I feel if i eat the left overs I'm doom for the next day. What i would like is a menu plan for the week with reasonable not fancy food. so I can buy the groceries and then follow the menu. which I have set up for the calories I need per day is there such a thing. on the web a person could use?
thanks pam Im a nursing mom and adjusting in my new role.Im255 my highest ever was 161 last month I desperately need to lose 2b more active with my daughter.lookin forward for motivation and help.
