Hello, I'm looking for others trying to lose a lot of weight, to keep each other motivated threw our bad days and cheer us on on our great days! to keep each other going threw out the week by staying in touch. I want people who want to reach there goal weight and wont quit tell we reach them! who's with me?!?!

I swear I think my daughter can read my mind. I had a plan to get up at 4am to go to the gym. Since she would be asleep and I know my husband can handle that. Well she did not go to sleep until 10:30pm she never stays up that late. I think she is doing it to punish me. So needless to say there was no way I was going to get up at 4. So i will try again tomorrow.
I did something I hadn't done in a long time, and I'm sure it was a "god shot"! Without thinking, I asked for lemon wedges for my salad instead of dressing! And I enjoyed it so much! I've logged in my calories for that dinner, which was very satisfying, and find I had lower calories yesterday than I've had in a week or more!! And all because I was there to enjoy and honor my friend, not to focus on the food!
I can usually manage to get in 5 vegetables servings and 3 fruit ( I use the fruit as a snack) Yesterday I had 3 servings of yellow and red peppers, 1 serving Hubbard squash a serving of tomatoes.
I am a little behind today with only a serving of celery. It does help to report to you guys.
I has been a stressful day. Had a snow cloud that must have been following me around on the bus this morning. Several times I had whiteout conditions making it hard to see, Then my wipers loosened up and wouldn't work correctly. Add to that three misbehaving boys and It was quite a mix. What a Headache!![]()

I'm leaving for NYC this afternoon to spend some time with my daughter. She's a WW gal, so no food problems expected there! And, she's taking me to her gym for the aquafit class Sat AM!! Yipee!

I have still not made it to the gym. I got up at 4am to go to the gym yesterday since my daughter would be asleep and I figured I could sneak out and back in before she woke up. Well, guess who woke up at 4am? I was so mad as soon as I walked out my bedroom she started to cry. I think she wants me to be fat! JJ

Well I weighed in this morning and I am down two more pounds!!! FINALLY!! I am now at 183!!! I am so glad that my tom only lasts a few days! so I am so doing my happy dance right now ~~~~~ Now I just have to keep it off We are all going out for my birthday to the Olive Garden soo I will plan ahead to see what I can eat without ruining my loss. Hope your all doing greatand having a super weekend.

Sorry I havent been here, I had a cold last week and didn't do much with my computer. Couldn't concentrate don't ya know. It was nice to come back and see that so many people had been writing!! Its great to hear from you!!!
I worked out today for the first time in a week, I took it easy, and everything went fine. I am asthmatic, so I cant push the lungs after I am sick, but BOY it felt good to get back to it. The sauna was a blessing too!!!
Hello everyone!
I had a wonderful weekend with my daughter. We enjoyed a vigorous aqua aerobics class at her gym followed by a nice warming sauna (and Kate's right....felt good to my improving lungs after the miserable sinus/cold thing). She's a great cook, and follows WW closely, so food wasn't an issue at all. Though I did have a couple of light beers watching the football game Sunday, which is extremely rare for me!
Glad to be back home too...to finish Christmas decorating and really get down to business with wedding preparations!
I had a pretty good weekend. I just need to stop eating at Panera Bread. I just love their chicken noodle soup so much... I think I'm addicted. Maybe they add in drugs... something to think about.
I hit 198 on Sunday so at least now I know that 199 wasn't a fluke. I'm hoping that I don't start cycling again and end up back at 200. No more 2's in front of my weight please!!!
Kriss: I'm glad you had a good weekend with your daughter. I always enjoy hanging out with my mom, even if I do live with her still. =)
I'm sort of flighty when it comes to posting, but I wanna become a part of a group. I'm really near the top of my weight at 285 lbs at 5' 5" and it's hard. I roller coaster up and down all the time.
I lost 40 lbs a few months ago, but now 1/2 of that is back. I'm still proud to be 20 less lbs but know I need to find focus and determination to succeed!

I have been noticing a few fleeting thoughts of Holiday goodies. Thankfully, no one here is interested in a cookie exchange!!
But planning Holiday meals and anticipating Holiday gatherings around food laden tables is making me a bit anxious. So much so, that I seem to be a bit Scrooge-like in decorating, etc!

Tina, I know what ya mean about working out with lil ones I have to wait tell my lil one is sleeping or busy playing before I get on my trampoline otherwise shes always trying to get on it when I'm on and that does not work! lol

AND. It's snowing here. Like really snowing. We're supposed to get something like 14 inches by midnight tonight and it's only 11:30 in the morning. I'm leaving work at 1 so I don't get hit with the brunt of it. *sigh* I hate Massachusetts winters.
