Hello!!! I have a feeling most of you are in the same position I am right now, so busy trying to fit in shopping between working and managing a personal life that it seems every free moment you have you are grabbing a quick bite at some sort of fast food joint that certainly isn't on the list of "healthy recommended places!"
Well I would like to find someone who is in a position to email back and forth for daily motivational support! Just someone to help keep me on track and vice versa!
A little about myself, I am 22, working full-time, and always have my email up! Reply back to this post and let's get rock'n!
Happy Holidays!!!!!
Hello! my name is Belinda, I'm 39 yrs old. I need support BAD :) I want to lose 40 pds by my 40 Birthday next June. I"m making small goals working toward the big one.
I'm training my mind and body to know when I"m full. I"m eating healthier but I also eat what I"m craving where I don't eat the house down. I work full time, workout everyday. I have an 18 yr old Daughter that will PreGraduated tomorrow. she will be attending College In Jan. to become a Dental Hygenist.
Hiii!
I just stumbbled upon this site tonight and have also been looking for a weight loss buddy!
I'm 25 years old with about 50lbs to lose! Emailing dailing woudlnt be a problem for me as I've also got my email up all day! I've pretty much lost all motivation the past couple weeks but I'm sure if we buddy up we could really rock this out!
Anyways let me know if you're interested!
Hello Belinda and famouslast words!!! You both sound fabulous, and I would love to get to know you more and email back and forth =o) My email is caseycenator@gmail.com
Belinda- 40 lbs is a big number, but I actually need to lose around 30, so I am right there with you! Making small goals and working towards the big one is a great plan! An obstacle for me has definitely been realizing when i'm full. I need to get back into the swing of things working out, because I injured my back not all that long ago, and i'm really struggling with the healing process- but I tried an acupuncturist, and the results have been fabulous!!!!!!!
famouslastwords- Sounds great! I wrote my email above, shoot me one and we can get chatting!!! My motivation has sort of flatlined too, so hopefully we can get eachother movin'!
Absolutely- the more friends we can make with the same goals, the merrier!!!
So how are you doing today? I had half a bagel scooped and toasted with light pumpkin cream cheese for breakfast :) Not too shabby if I don't say so myself- However, last night I deviated a little, I had two scoops of pistachio ice cream in a waffle/dark chocolate bowl with hot fudge on top! Mmm.. I am back on the ball today 100% though- i'm chugging water at work!
So what do you do for a living?
What sort of exercise are you going to do today? I am going to CLEAN- my spring cleaning is WAY past due! LOL Plus, need to get my place ready for the holidays!!!!
Hey there everyone!!
I am new to this website but would love to have some kind of motivation to help me loose some weight. I have been at this for a couple weeks but I am wondering why I have started right around the holidays when everything is so busy and everyone seems to be offering junk food. But I want to start 2008 right.
I am 26 and 150 I want to loose about 30 lbs. If you guys would like to add me to your e-mailing my e-mail address is jennymarie81@gmail.com. We can reply to all everyday to keep eachother on track.
Thanks
one more?? :) I'd love to join up...My name is Brook. From NC. 26 yrs old, work full-time but have a flexible job. 5'5", 143 lbs (started at 149). my total goal is 25-30 lbs too, around the same as all of you. I allllways have my email up...here's my personal - brookh13@hotmail.com and I'll give my work one from there (it's more than always up and easier for me to respond but don't want to post it on here). I've joined a gym, have been going most days and have tried to stick to around 1500 cals/day. Had a Pot Luck Lunch today though, could've ruined my day haha....more exercise huh!?!?
As for starting this around the holidays - depending on how you go about it, it can be a great starting point. Think about it - if you can lose or even maintain through the holidays season then you can DEFINITELY do it afterwards and when life settles down back to normal!
Hey Girly!
I would love to be buddies- sounds like we are in the same boat!
My email is caseycenator@gmail.com!
