i've been trying to find a challenge to join. count me in. i have a challenge going on with my husband to lose 10 lbs by the end of aug. so this challenge will be good for me as well. i wanted to be down to 160 by xmas.

Count me in too. Would like to lose 13.5 lbs. Im 23 and 5'6.  I keep missing out on the challenges, but think this will be the kick up the bum to get me going.

hm, I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who hadn't posted a starting weight yet!!

Yesterday was not such a good day eating wise, but exercise was great. I rode my bike uphill past one of those machine thingys that says how fast you're going. It was 9 mph! So happy about that. Sailing down the other side I was hitting 18 mph. I thought it would have been faster.

Too much food in the later part of the day yesterday and also too much snacking: gotta watch both of those things :)

week two! hopefully everyone is doing well.

hi guys. i have been slacking with my diet plan. my bday was on the 11th and i went out of town to celebrate i basically took a week long break off of the diet. i didn't weigh in until wednesday morning but surprisingly i was down 2lbs. i am thinking by next week i'll b back up to where i started. i have eaten so much bread and potatoes, its ridiculous.  haven't had any in about 3months. so scrumptious. Smile  anyway i am getting back on track tomorrow.

hope everyone else is doing ok.

Hey, happy belated bday. My birthday was on the 10th, so I went out and celebrated too. This week hasn't been the best for me either lol. I've been trying to keep up with my exercise, but I've not been doing that great with food. I plan on getting right back on track too. So don't worry, I'm in the same boat as you are. But it's your birthday and it should be celebtrated!

Happy belated birthday girls! Well I think a few of us have had a not so good start to the new weight loss challenge. But, not to worry put it behind ya and lets get back on it for Tuesday. I suspect that I have not lost much as have only just started to get back on track from a over celebratory wk last wk.

Um, I totally lost my way the month of September and gained over 6 lbs.  But I think I still have time to get under 120 by Election Day!  Updated my weights for the last two weeks today and will definitely see a loss when I post on the 7th Oct.

You're doing well Yalissa!  Congratulations.
