Hey! Can someone let me know the formula to lose a pound? I know it's something like a 3500 calorie deficit or something? But I dont remember. Thanks!

3500 = 1 pound

500 cals deficit 7 days a week = 3500

But there are other factors involved in weightloss so rememeber that no formula is actually perfect. And remember to stay above 1200 cals.

3500 cal = 1lb of fat. So if you have a daily deficit of 500 cals, over 7 days, that would equal 3500 cal deficit.

Don't have more than a 1000 cal deficit (2lb/week loss)
