Oh My word the exact same thing is happening to me! I would love to hear what advice everyone gives you so I can apply it too! Just know that you are not alone!
If you lose weight and gain again in small time frames like a few days, it could be attributed to water-weight gain.  Have you tried weighing yourself once a week and seeing if there is a decline in weight from the same time the week before?

What is your recommended calorie intake?  On the days that you do not eat your recommended calorie intake, how many calories do you usually consume?

Are you working out every day with no breaks in between?  How much weight are you talking about (gaining)?  A couple pounds, 5lbs, 10lbs?

What is your calorie deficit usually like?

Sorry for all the questions but it helps to have as much information so that we can better help you.  :)

Ok my calorie intake right now is 2250, and on my regular days I generally eat like 1800-1950.

Yes I am working out everyday 2 hrs at the gym, cardio and weights, I take saturday and sunday off as my break days, but other wise I am there always there. I am only gaining like 1-3 lbs, I weight myself everyday same time and count every calorie and I am very particular in what I eat.

Hey questions are no problems I dont mind, I could really use the help. I also went to the doctor to see what she thought and it looks like my thyroid my be out of wack, I am medication for it but it seems to have given up the ghost so to speak, maybe this is my big problem who no's. Any advise would be great

calculate your BMR. Your BMR is what determines how many calories you should eat minimum. So my BMR is 1400. For the longest time I was eating 1200 bc CC suggested for me to eat that much in order to lose weight on a sedentary lifestyle. The problem is, my body burns 1400 just to stay alive, so it went into starvation mode when i only ate 1200. Of course, I lost my initial 10 lbs that way due to the calories in vs calories out rule, but I finally hit a plateau for a good month and I didn't know why. I researched a lot and I finally calculated my BMR and started eating 1400 a day. It totally worked! I am now down 1 lb from changing my daily calorie intake four days ago.

So, see what your bmr is and never eat below that.
