I notice that I'm staying in my calories range, but I also notice that my target weight loss date keeps moving up. Why is that. I walk/run 4 to 6 miles every other day, so I'm burning calories, why is my weight goal date is now Dec. 1 st, when it should be Sept. I need help in this area. Thank you
I don't know, but I do know that when I used different calculators to check how many calories I was burning doing different activities, the more weight I loss, the fewer calories I was burning. A 175 pound man, for example, burns fewer calories doing the same exact exercise he did when he weighed 200 pounds.
You need to keep updated your weight progress on your account page. If you never change your weight there, it will assume you've stayed the same since the beginning of your journey therefore changing how much time it will take you to reach your goals. It assumes you'll lose weight at a certain rate; if you lose more quickly the target date will be closer, if you lose more slowly then the target date will move further away.
