My Weight Loss Goals
Overall, I want to weigh between 115-120 pounds. Before New Years, I want to weigh 125-130. I have about 3 months to lose it. I know I can do it!! :) Then I will slowly lose the rest of my weight. I'm very petite and small framed. So the first few pounds will melt away quickly since I'm overweight according to the BMI calucator. :)
I've already lost right around 20 lbs (I don't have the most accurate bathroom scale, because I'm a poor college student...), but I still have another 23-ish to go. My goal is to weigh 145. I'm 5' 8", and even though I can't ever seem to figure out my "frame size" to my satisfaction, that should be a good weight for me. I'm at 168 now, so I have a ways to go.
Aside from that, I'd really like to start exercising, both to aid the weight loss and to tone up (and to really look better naked!), but I can never seem to find the time. At least, not with any consistency.

Im 5' 8ish as well, my CW is about 178 and I'd like to get down to 150-155. I don't want to go any lower, I know I have a good sized body frame> I was down to 145 right before I got prego with my daughter (7 years ago) and I looked pretty sickly, so I think 155ish range will be good for me!
i don't have a set timeframe that I want to lose. But I'm thinking maybe I should, cuz I've been so sparadic with it so far......so here goes. I want to be 155 by Feb 14th, Valentines....what a perfect day to LOOK GREAT NAKED haha.
I workout ALL THE TIME it seems: at least 5 times a week. For some reason that's never my issue. My issue is food, and more specifically alchohol. I'll be doing great, then end up going over cal range cuz of the drinks I have...and then the food I eat while drinking. I really need to limit myself each time I do drink....which will limit what cravings I give in to!

Before joining, I weighed in at 160lbs, which is overweight for me at 5'4" and medium frame. I started Calorie Counter last week and lost 1.6 pounds already! In addition to eating right, I started an 8 week to 10k training program. I am running on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays and I am riding my bike on Wednesdays. The first week was a challenge for me, so I am doing week one again this week. Once I get comfortable, I will increase my mileage by moving on to week two.
My goal is to weigh 130lbs by April of 2009. I have a good idea of how to do it, I just need the motivation to stick with it, ya know? I would greatly appreciate any accountability this group can offer!

I'm 5'9", currently at 161. My goal weight is 150. Ive been less, but look gross. I used to be an aerobics instructor, but then i moved out of state to Utah. Well that changed everything. In February I weighed myself and I was up to 180. Thats when i decided I needed to get my body in healthy shape. I work out 4-5 days a week (i wake up at 5 am to do it, but i am doing it!) But my biggest downfall is ALCOHOL! I love to enjoy a couple drinks, which leads to snacking.... So i have tried to limit myself to one night of drinking anything alcoholic a week.
Doing not too bad so far, I have lost 19 pounds, 11 to go.
I would like to weigh 135 and am currently somewhere between 161-164. (I really need to invest in a scale.) I feel like 135 is so far away!! I have been struggling to lose weight for over a year now and am pretty disappointed in myself. I was happy with my weight before I started my career and never really had to try to maintain a healthy weight. Now I spend most days sitting at my desk and as a result have been gaining, and gaining.. I am having trouble changing my lifestyle and haven't been able to figure out what works for me yet. I am beginning to realize that I will have to make a substantial change in order to get the results I want. Hopefully I figure it out soon!
Sounds like we all have pretty reasonable goals...we just have to stick with our plans....like last night. I had a good deficit going, but then had a few beers and some peanut m&m's. There went the deficit! ;oX I get mad at myself.
My goal is to weigh between 135 - 140 with me its a bit different about the weight loss I'm going to buy a measuring tape and go off of the inches rather than the lbs. I am a very big boned girl and have muscular legs that have gone to somewhat mush after not working out for 4 months. I'm currently at 175 lbs I'd like to be down to 150 by december and 140-135 by my wedding. I am a muscular girl so going on a scale for me can be dicieving. The first day I started working out I was at 172 and after a week of running- swimming and skating along with some isolated abs I went up to 175. I am sure to always be consistent with my weighings and I was eating well under my caloric burn. oh well lol at least I feel better :). I havn't been perfect though, a wine here and there, snack here and there as well (but I'm still making sure I stay below the intake.) I am determined to get better. It takes time to shake old habits so thus far I'm happy with the outcome. :)

My goal is to get back down to my goal weight of 124 and stay there. In the past couple months my weight has creeped up to 128 lbs. I am trying to find a way to get back what I gained and a healthy caloric intake for me to maintain. I never ever gorged or drastically changed my caloric intake from when i was losing, so some members have theorized that i was undereating and thus my body believes it is starving itself. I just started calorie cycling this week to see if that will help shock my metabolism into losing weight. Has anyone tried this and seen good results?
So far I have lost 40 lbs. I am also focusing on building muscle and getting toned. I recently purchased The New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women and am really looking forward to starting the program. And finally, in reference to the title of this group, I would like to get rid of some more cellulite. DAMN CELLULITE.
Goal is to get down to 115 - 120 and stay there. I was 124 two weeks ago but went out of town, and got up to 130?! Probably water, but I have not weighed since. I gain tons when I drink, so I am as of now a non-drinker till I get to my goal. I am in law school and I work. I manage to get up an hour early to work out every day, and I watch what I eat. I am getting married in May so I would like to be at the 115 end by then because I know I will gain on the honeymoon! I want to look healthy overall. I pick healthy over skinny, but I would like the fat tummy and the cellulite gone..
lol well we better never hang out and have drinks then...we'd get into trouble hahah
the cellulite thing? man, I haven't worn khaki's in...well, ever....you can see the bumps right through it. I just can't do it! BUT, I take solace in the fact that even the super skinny mini models have to deal with it, too! I'm evil, though, so....haha

My goal is to weigh between 115-118 lbs and hopefully have lost at least 4 inches from my waist. I would love to lose it before january...but I'm mostly just trying to do it..not by a certain date because I've let myself down before and when I don't reach the goal by that date I give up. So..118 by sometime next year would be excellent for me.
However, getting down to 126 before december is my short term plan... and I know it's doable...wearing what I want to wear is certainly the outcome I'm hoping for overall

I lost around 40 lbs over the last two years( starting weight 155) but i hit 120 and have been straddling from 115-125, I am very short 4'10 to be exact and would like to get down to 105, and no matter what i just cant get over this hurtle . . .my progress has platued . . . . .if anyone has any insights pleasse share:) thank
hi, I want to be 115lbs. I'm 5'7"-I'm on my meal plan for 3 weeks,my starting weight was 138lbs. and my current weight is 130lbs.
My staring weight (March 8th) was 145 lbs, or 10st 5lb...blah.
My starting measurements (March 18th) were B38"-W33.5"-H39.5"...surprizingly, wearing a size 9 or 10....sigh...
My goal is to exercise cardio 4-6 times a week for 20-30 minutes, and yoga everyday for 30-45 minutes...To weigh in (by June 13) at 120lbs (8st 8lb)..and to measure B36"-W29"-H35" (or as close as I can get to that).
I'm one week in and I lost four pounds and 2 inches. (I loose fast...and gain fast...)
I'm 26, 5' 3" and sporadically active. the healthy weight range for my height is between 104 and 141, so I'm really glad to be back in that healthy range again today!
I'm 5'4", around 145lbs I have a crappy scale but My measurements are B-36 W-28 H-37. My goal is 120/125lbs and to loose a couple of inches off of my waist and hips...but not the bust though,
...lol(that will probably be the first thing to go)! I want to reach my goal by this summer. I feel like I am stuck at the 145/135lbs range and cant get to my goal weight range. PLATEAU!! Any support would be awesome!
I'm 5'9" and weigh about 165. I'm pretty sure I have a medium frame. My ultimate goal is to weigh between 140-145 and fit into a size 6 (I'm currently a size 10). I would love to be that size by june 1st, but I know that's an impossible goal/not very healthy. But I think by the end of june would be great too. My measurements are about B-34, W-27, H-39/39.5.
My goal is to watch my portions, eat healthy, and continue to exercise 5-6 times a week, and pick up the intensity.
I'm really excited and hope I can help motivate/ be motivated by all of you!

Ive been eating healthy, counting calories, and soon i will start wrestling practice which is like the best 2 hour work out ever.
Im hoping to go down to about 110.

i was 115 at 5'7. that is under weight.
