When I set on on my quest 7 short months ago my goal was 88.5, at least that's what the doctor wanted me to lose I can stand to lose another 10 on top of that, and here I am 14 pounds within that goal sidelined by a big case of tendinitis.
I am trying to stay positive but who am I kidding. I can't sit, walk, run, stand or lie without being in agony. I've been to the doctor I have to wait for the meds and ice to get the inflammation cured before I can add anything back.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to keep from backsliding while I just sit here? I am watching what I am eating but haven't lost an ounce in the last week.
Who am I kidding? I am frustrated and mad as heck...help
I hear you. I have chronic pain issues due to being an idiot as a younger male. Turns out I really am "paying for that later"
My advice, for what is worth, is to keep grazing the healthy stuff and keep the mind occupied. Maybe try some very gentle isometric stuff in any non-injured area just to keep the muscles active.
I am just starting out here, so I hope I can follow my own advice.
