Would anyone know of any sites, sources (etc) of where I can get a *free* chart of exactly where I should measure on my body so I can track my weight loss?  Any help is greatly appreciated.  I tried to google but came up with mostly software that costs a pretty penny.

1) Waist
2) Hips
3) Thigh unflexed.
4) Bicep also unflexed
5) Calf
6) Chest
7) Neck

There isn't much left -)
I know the locations, however I am looking for exactly where on each area the tape should go.  For example, on the upper arm, should it be at your widest spot, or should it be (say) 4 inches down from shoulder?  That's why I was looking for a picture of where the tape measure should go.  I've been measuring the following since 9/18 but since I seem to have a few discrepancies I'm wondering if I'm not doing exactly the same spots each time:

Neck
Upper Arm
Forearm
Wrist
Chest
Waist
Hips
Thigh
Calf
Ankle

(yes, all unflexed).

There has to be a tailor [or just clothing] website that shows the areas. But like united said do the same areas all the time and you'll be able to track.

Some of the things are:

waist 1" above your belly button
Hips widest area.
Mark it with sharpie! hehehe... j/k ^^
2 easy areas for me to remember (as in no marker needed^^) are these:

Waist: measure whr your navel is.
Hip: the spot usually right across of your pubic bone - that's where usually the largest hump of the trunk.
Other than that, I measure the largest part of upper thighs: circling the tape measure right where thighs meet butt.
Oh yeah, I also keep a pair of jeans that I want to be able to fit into absolutely perfect, without having to squeeze, and stretching the fabric.
Thanks - that's what I was wondering cuz when I'm measuring, I'm thinking (hoping) it's the same exact spot each time however, short of a tattoo, I never know for sure, and just an inch up or down in any area is gonna give me some very different results.  The other question I have is - when measuring my hip area, I have the stomach that hangs over (from 4 pregnancies and the excess weight) - should I include it in my hip measurements, or should I take the tape under the overhang and do just the hip area?  Is that making sense or more confusing?  I've been measuring the hips including the stomach part, but it's not really my hips and butt, you know?

Sorry about all the questions -thought I had it all down and now I'm questioning myself LOL
I think as your body loses weight your "spots" are going to change too.  I know from a "tailor" standpoint the hips are measured 7 inches below  your belly button.  Your waist may change as your curves change.  I know my waist used to be about where my belly button is, but now its a bit higher as I've lose weight.

I measure my bicep 4 inches above the curve of the elbow because that is where Curves measured it when I belonged there.  Thighs I use widest spot.

I only measure waist, hips thigh arm and chest right along bra strap area.

To find where to measure you might try a Butterick website or other sewing pattern website.  Don't fashion catalogs usually have diagrams on where to measure as well so you get the proper size/ fit?

Do you include the breasts, or under the breasts, for chest area?  I've been including them, however I'm a DD cup size, so wondering if my larger breast size is going to affect seeing any kind of real loss in the back and front areas there.
Ok I think I found it - and the chest measurements answer too... thanks   LOL
Chest - right under the breast.  The area you measure to see what size bra not cup size.  I can barely fill an A so don't bother with upper chest LOL
