I enjoyed reading that! Thanks for sharing. That made me realize that I am doing the right thing, even though it's taking longer.
Yep, I agree...forget the "fad" diets and just work on the basics, and know that true fat loss for long term results take time...it doesn't happen over night.
The slow, steady way is the best way for losing fat. Workout, do your cardio, and eat clean. Drink your water and get your rest while being consistent with everything...the results will come!
