My partner has Been taking photos of me since I have been dieting. I Compiled them all together today so I could compare them better and thought it would be great to upload them in my gallery and do this topic, in the hope it will inspire and motivate, You have to click on them individually as if you press next it distorts photo, if photo still comes up distorted right click image and select "open link" I hope you enjoy looking at them and if I can do it you can too. The one that shocked me is summer 07 photo one of me and my partner that a friend took of us in their beach hut, as Ive only just been shown it, We were at our heaviest then, Mick weighing 17 1/2 stone and me 20 stone, hes done well too hes now 12 1/2 stone.

Thank you I do feel alot better for it too. My joints dont hurt or ache as much and my M.E, I seem to be controlling it, not it controlling me. XXXX
