Is the weight loss product, Sensa, worth the hype?

I have been hearing advertisements for a weight loss product called Sensa. Have you heard of it?
The Sensa Diet is grounded in science. When sprinkled on food, Sensa’s “tastants” (substances that stimulate the sense of taste through the appetite control center in the brain) can produce a feeling of fullness. But hunger is always why people eat and Sensa is expensive. And then there's the need to sprinkle powder on perfectly good food. Read Calorie Count’s review of the Sensa Sprinkle Diet under the “Blog” tab.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
