Weight loss and sleep patterns?

Quote  |  Reply

Has anyone had any sleep pattern changes? I am sleeping really hard but not for quite as long as I was. For example I slept for 6 hours last night, had strange dreams all night, woke up before the alarm at 5:30 and my hair was plastered in an up angle on the one side of head LOL. I used to sleep for 8 hours and wake up exhausted. Like hubby had to practically force me out of bed tired.

I absolutely sleep better (or harder?) when I am exercising and eating healthy, and I don't need to sleep as long.  It's like I'm all hyped up or something.  I have definitely noticed  that when I'm not working out or paying attention to what I'm eating, I feel lazy and want to stay in bed.  Maybe it's partly mental, I don't know.  Either way, you will have more energy when you're working out.

I seem to be sleeping less.  I think the quality of my sleep is better without all the extra weight.
