what approach did you use? I have made a true commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I count everything to stay within my daily targets of cals, fat, protein, carbs, fibre, and sodium. I eat whole foods for the most part, lots of veggies fruits lean protein and whole grains, and treat myself on a regular basis so i never feel deprived. I keep it within my limits but don't beat myself up if I slip - this is for life and an indulgence will happen now and then. I exercise when I can and try to make it a priority, but don't beat myself if I am not doing as much as I wish I would. I won't let guilt and feelings of failure derail me from making myself the best, healthiest me I can be....I will keep on truckin', no matter what.
