is this the 1st time or a repeat performance? : I want to say repeat, but it's more of an ongoing. Because I did loose weight and then I gained some back and now I'm loosing it again, but it's been going on continuously I haven't taken a break from it.
are you finished? : Almost! Just a couple more pounds.
how long did it take? : 3 months from summer to loose the weight I put on.
how long have you kept it off? : I haven't been in maintainence mode.
what approach did you use?: Exercise more and eat less, the first time I exercised a bit too much and ate a little too little. But now I'm going the healthy route, and am in no rush. Last time, I was in a rush. I'm down for taking it slowly, and making it permanent. Something I can live with.

are you finished? not quite yet. maybe around 10 more to go.
how long did it take? since Jan '08, so a year.
how long have you kept it off? I reached my goal weight in June '08, so 7 months.
what approach did you use? At first, I ate really healthy and worked out on the elliptical machine a lot. After I saw results I began to eat a little more of the foods I loved, just in moderation. I began counting calories to make sure I did no go over. I had one cheat day to go out to eat with my boyfriend. On other days, if I ate a little too much chocolate (which I ate and still eat every day ;) ) I would workout 10 minutes more. The key for me was making working out a habit. First I hated it, but once it was a habit I began to love it, to rely on it for stress relief and the endorphins it released. I love my new body. I get hit on more, I feel more confident in clothes, and im just all around healthier
