Weight Loss Troubles= HELP!

Okay, so I started CC in April and it was going well. But due to various things, I gained back 7 of the 15 pounds I loss. and then I went on vacation and completely ate everything. Time to start over. I started dieting and exercising a soon as I got back, but I never weighed myself. I was 129 when I left, and now, a week after I came back, I'm 130. I'm not sure if I gained 2-3 pounds on vacation making me making me 131 or 132 when I got back and now this week I lost the 2-3 pounds, bringing me down to 130. But what if I just gained 1 pounds, making me 130 and then I didn't lose anything?! In April  I stopped my bad habits and started working out everyday. Now, I'm doing that again, with exercise videos 6-7 days a week and biking for 20-30 minutes 6-7 days a week and eating between 1400-1600 calories and I'm 130, 5'5, supposed to grow until 5'8. In April I lost 3 pounds the first week, then a solid 1-2 pounds every week after! Now I'm gaining weight or staying the same! I'm not even making unrealistic goals! I'm aiming for 110 by February 1st. I know if I lost  a pound a week I would be there sooner but I'm giving myself extra weeks in case I mess up. I'm so lost-should I eat less? I change my exercise routine every 1-2 weeks! What do I do!?!?

I have a very hard time losing weight.  I lost 20 pounds between Jan & April.  Now I am trying again for another 20 pounds but I feel like I work so hard and nothing comes off.  I know that weight lifting is key, (because you continue to burn calories evern after the work out).  But I hate it.  I would rather bike or do the elipitical machine for an hour.

Also, I have to calorie count.  I love to cook and use to much oil.  Also, I love snack, cookies are my down fall.  I need a low calorie cookie.   It I am not carefull I can nibble my way into extra calories.  A WW Cracker, Cheese and Apple would be OK if I just ate a little.   But I don't stop.

In whole foods or other organic grocery stores, you can find omega-3 oatmeal cookies. Try having one or two with some blueberries or raspberries and and once of low fat mozzerella or brie on the side. It's a great healthy snack that gives you proteine, fiber and carbs and some healthy fats from omega-3. Have a large glass of water to help fill you up beofre you want an other cookie :)
