Weight loss in 3 weeks-Please help!

Hi,

I need to drop about 10 pounds in a little under 3 weeks.  Does anyone know if this is possible?  I just need to be in the bikini for the weekend.  I plan on continuing exercising & all but really need this for a couple days.  Do you know of anything that will work that fast?  I'm not really overweight much, just can really tone & lose some in my thighs.  I believe I weigh 122 lbs.  I would be happy w/115 pounds but need it fast.  Please let me know if you have any ideas for this.  Thanks!

You do not "need" to lose 10 pounds.  The sky will not fall if you do not lose 10 pounds. What awful thing is going to happen? In three weeks, you could lose a lot of water weight, but that is not a real weight loss, and will not produce a body that looks much different.  Because you are close to your target weight, and must eat a minimum of 1200 calories, you have to expect at best you might lose a pound or less a week.  
How tall are you?  If you are already at goal weight, or under, your body isn't going to want to lose more.  And 10 lbs in 3 weeks is too fast.  The most you should aim for is 2 lbs a week.  The only way to lose is healthy diet and exercise.  There's no magic way to lose weight fast that isn't harmful and temporary.
If you "can really tone", then start hitting the gym and lift some serious weights. You won't lose pounds but you will change your shape - agape looked visibly different after three weeks of her routine, for one. But don't restrict calories, because then you won't build lean body mass and all that effort will have been for nothing.

Though honestly, if you look good in a bikini at 115, you look good in a bikini at 122. Ignore any hunches to the contrary.
