i'm 18 and i'm 5'1 and i weight 105. I want to maintain my weight. I'm just wondering how much should i eat each day? It say that i should take in at least 1400 calories each day. But i don't know when i should eat and when i should not eat. I always watch what i eat now and i realized that most of the food i eat are junk. Since i'm asian i eat a lot of white rice as well as a lot of stir fried food. Should i cut back on those food once a day or should i just stop eating them period? Are there any suggestion of how much i should eat?
