I'm currently 5'7 244lbs..i just lost 70lbs in the last 10mths..my utlimate goal is between 150-160 but my short term goal is 200lbs by the end of this year. I just joined weight watchers today so im sure the support will help me reach my goals.
Currently 140lbs... but my waist keeps decreasing, so I know changes are happening despite this plateau!

5'5.5"-- currently 202 lbs down from 217.6 when I started on March 1st. Goal--140 I am female and 48 years old.
I weight right now...................205, and i am not happy about it at all.

I am 5'6" and I weighed in today at 145.3 lb. My goal is to be at 135 by August when I turn 30! I am not totally sure how many calories I should be eating. I am averaging around 1500
i started 165 lbs three weeks ago and now i weigh 153 lbs! i lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks! amazing! (6 lbs the first week, 4 lbs the 2nd week, and 2 lbs the third) :D

I just started counting calories (my best friend did it to get baby weight off with great results) because I am hypoglycemic, and because I NEED to eat every 2-4 hours, it is extremely difficult to lose weight. I tried a South Beach-esque diet to help with my blood sugar, but only lost 5lbs (which Im sure is just water weight from cutting out sodium filled pre-made foods like canned pasta and mac & cheese)

I'm 5'1 and currently at 113.5 (according to my scales) from a starting weight of about 118-120.
I started the 5th of this month...and my goal is to get back to 100-105. (or at least get rid of that mid section and enjoy clothes shopping for things that actually look good on me instead of baggy teeshirts!)
