Weight Ticker

Hey guys im just trying to figure out how to add one to my profile ive made one on ticketfactory.com but dont know how to add it. Im sure its super easy lol but im not good at this stuff.

"Borrowed" this good answer from another post:

step by step directions...take the parts you need :)

go to Community--> People

Click on edit page(it will be underneath the picture spot)

Scroll down to About Yourself

At that point you should see a box similar to the one used to create these wonderful posts.  On the right hand side, there will be a yellow smiley , then next to it will be HTML.  Click on HTML, and paste the code for your ticker in the box provided.  Then click update.

There is a "ticker picker" on the edit profile page

Community --> People --> Edit page (underneath the avatar/picture).  When the page comes ups, just under the word PROFILE is "Edit Profile"/"Get Ticker"

Click on "get ticker", follow the directions and you'll be good to go.

This works well if you haven't picked a ticker from tickerfactory.com,

I can't seem to get this to work. Everytime I click the add to profile box, and hit save, it says it's been saved to my profile-- but it doesn't actually do it.  Then the box for the "add to profile" is automatically unchecked again.

Same for me ... I can't get the ticker to "stick"!

Same for me too! Ticker won't save to profile!

I added mine in after reading this thread.  It too didn't show up for me even after selecting the show in profile box and hitting save changes.  What did make it show was going to edit page again (after seeing it wasn't on my profile) and scrolling down my bio portion.  The ticker showed up at the bottom of that, so I hit save changes (though I hadn't changed anything).  It now shows up in my profile.  Not sure why it was buggy like that.

I used tickerfactory.com and copied and pasted the HTML code into my "about yourself" section. It took a few hours to update, but it works. =) However, you have to update it individually. It doesn't work with CC.
