Weight and the time of month.

 I have read that when its time for our cycle to begin women start to gain weight (water weight) , but now 2 periods have passed and I noticed that after I finish my period I start to gain weight and get all bloated and then a week before My cycle begins I start to lose wieght qiucker and all the bloating dissapears till after my cycle ends . Does this happen to anyone else here?  Do You think it has anything to do with birth control pill? And also the week before I get my cycle I start to feel much much more energized .

I have  noticed cyclic weight gain and bloating.  Part of me figured it must be due to the weird cravings.  But, even with watching carefully what I am eating, still have some cyclic weight fluctuations.
I have suffered with this same delima.  My last cycle I took the advice I received on the forum and  increased my water intake.  It wasn't fun because I wanted the chocolate bar but it was easier.  If someone had the cure for the chocolate craving I would be estatic!!

That's it! That's what I need!!  A cure for the cravings! It's really awful and there has to be a way to beat it! I do a great job sticking to my healthy eating and exercise  for 3 weeks out of the month but that 1 week before THAT week, I go nutz! I can't seem to control myself. All I want is junk food!

I can quit smoking but can't NOT eat the junk I crave due to PMS>

Can anyone help? I'm soo frustrated with this. I'm losing this battle!
I saw online that hershey has some 100 dark chocolate bars, chocolate covered pretzels, and chocolate covered wafers. I haven't tried them but they look good and as long as you don't go too overboard they'd probably help!
I will start mine tommorrow but have managing to lose weight this week prior as well and I am also on the pill.

 As far as junk cravings go, yesterday I managed to eat a Macdonalds dbl cheeseburger and still take in only 1350 cal (my lowest day ever) I did it by having a kashi golean/skim milk breakfast, salad with lots of boiled egg whites and artichoke hearts, and a delicious homemade portobello sandwich, plus apples and other snacks, and a chocolate flavored protein shake (spiru-tein). Point is-I babied myself a little, ate all day, and had a low CC.
