Hello everyone! With the holidays here, I know that some of us (me) have fallen off track a bit. It's still important to WI because it gets you back on track. Just wanted to remind everyone to WI tomorrow even if it's your week one again. :) If you dont want to Weigh in please visit the forums and offer support. We are all in this together :)

Hi Shannon, thanks for the reminder, I weighed in this morning and am back to my staring point, I an very disappointed but I also realize it is the holidays, I went to a luncheon on Tuesday have another one tomorrow, a holiday play and dinner with my family on Saturday, then one last party Dec 19,2008, my goal is to get through without adding any weight to where I am now. Hey Charmane! Don't let it get you down. I know I gained a couple pounds but once your realize it you can get back on track. :) Hope to see your WI tomorrow.

The holidays are so hard!!! We are all surrounded by temptations with parties and cookies and fun drinks. I tend to pick at little things here and there and it starts to add up quickly. I am trying really hard to limit myself on days when I know there are no parties or special dinners, so I can indulge a LITTLE bit on other days. Good luck to everyone!
I've made a pledge to myself to stay away from all of the Christmas cookies and deserts that are floating around this time of year. Its just not worth it. Resisting the traditional egg nog will likeyl be the hardest:p

I'm still stuck at 150 and I feel like I'm picking up extra. I haven't lost a pound and it has nothing to do with the holidays. I'm still looking for a workout partner in the area. Any takers?
