well 450 cals isn't going to put on a pound since that is equal to 3500 cals, perhaps you had something high in salt yesterday or this morning that has kept extra water in you. I would say increase your water intake to help you go to the bathroom and for upset stomach I would try mylanta or maalox, tums or pepcid. pepto has aspirin which can upset the stomach more
Hi wildcats,
In addition to reducing calories, it's important to keep a balanced diet. Not knowing anything about you, my advice would be to go back to the basics. Here is a link for you, look for Table 3, and determine that you are getting adequate calories for your age. Make sure you are eating healthy. After your stomach problems go away, start reducing - start slowly - maybe just a 300 calorie deficit per day. It's no fun feeling "yucky", and you won't stick with a diet plan if it doesn't make you feel good. There is lots of good reading material in this document.

Also, from this website, look for Nutrion 101. I think it's under the Tools menu.
