Weight Watchers Baked Oatmeal

Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Baked Oatmeal

1 egg
1 egg white
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix Oatmeal and baking powder.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in sprayed 9″ pie pan or casserole dish or sprayed muffin tins.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
