Usually dessert is something you have to say "NO THANK YOU" to if you are on a diet or watching your weight. This fruit cobbler is a Weight Watcher friendly dessert. If you are following the Weight Watcher program then each serving(cobbler makes 12 servings) of this fruit cobbler is only 3 points.

Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers fruit cobbler

1 box yellow cake mix
32 oz. frozen fruit
12 oz. diet sprite

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers fruit cobbler

  1. Instructions

  2. Step 1. Simply put both bags of fruit in a 13x9 baking dish. Do not thaw fruit. Basically any frozen bags of fruit will do (such as peaches, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) and you can even mix two different types of fruit if you wish.

  3. Step 2. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit. Pour the 12 oz can of diet sprite soda over the cake mix and fruit combo and then completely cover with aluminum foil.

  4. Step 3. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees covered

  5. Then uncover (be careful not to get burned with the steam as you lift off the aluminum foil) and bake an additional 40 min til done
