Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers one point bran muffins

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 cup White Flour, Unbleached
5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
3 cup Rogers 100% Natural Wheat Bran
3 cup Original Cereal
2 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1 cup(244 g) Applesauce
0.25 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
1 quart Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers one point bran muffins

Mis all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add all liquid. Add wet to dry and mix well. Refrigerate over night if you wish. Oven 400, Stir bater well and fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 17 to 20 minutes. makes 5 dozen muffins and each one equels one point in Weight WAtchers. Can kieep batter in fridge for two weeks - and make a new tray every few days.
