| 8 | ounce Cool Whip, fat free |
| 32 | ounce plain yogurt, fat free |
| 20 | ounce crushed pineapple, juice and all |
- dump all the ingredients listed into a bowl
- use mixer and mix them together
- refrigerate for awhile, since it's better cold
