Hello all. I have just started the Weight Watchers Flex Plan and I love it! The purpose of this group is for us to support one another in our weight loss journeys and share any weight watchers tips, resources, and motivational advice. Just post your stats and update as necessary. Also, if you have any advice or questions or you need some support or advice, feel free to post.

Note: Anyone from the flex plan or core plan is allowed to join! :)

My stats: I need to lose 13 lbs and based on my weight I get 20 pts per day.
height: 5'2.5"
age: 15
gender: female
day 0 (tomorrow will be day 1)

isn't WW just ridiculously low in cals?

 

do they know your age? have they customized the calories for your age?

I think its about right for calorie intake. They take in to account your age, what you do, how much you weigh, your height and as you loose you can adjust your points.

 

I am doing flex and have lost like 11 pounds in almost 2 weeks! 

I'm sure it will get harder but so far I'm doing really well, I am also getting all my exercise point, if you do WW you know what I mean.

I've done Weight Watchers back in 2000 and will be rejoining next Tuesday!  I've been on again off again CC but have stayed at 147-150 for the last year.  I need to focus and get the figure I want now.  I exercise and have stopped my binge eating and now I just need to get off what I put on when I sorta lost my self control and motivation last year.  Feeling great and just want to look great too. :)

I am in week 15... I started at 234.2 pounds. I am now at 203.6 today at weigh in.

Portion control. Have 1/2 that bag of M&M's if you want. That is 2.5 points verses the full 5!. Then you can have the other half when you want!

Plan a meal, item(s) and stick with it to stay within your point limit.

Activities, Activities, Activities! If you can... avoid using those points. It will speed in your weight loss journey. If you do spend them, do it lightly. It made a difference of a pound by not spending them one week!
