It's a lot of calories to eat back, but I'm going to try to keep it up this week for the team, and to change things up for my body.  Normally I limit myself to 60 minutes of cardio a day.

Wow!!!  I am impressed that so many people are doing so great at this challenge!  That is just awesome that we have so many people who are into exercise (no matter how it may be)!
