Tuesday exercise:

walking the dog (20 min) = 76 calories
pilates (20 min) 88 calories

TOTAL: 164 calories

Thanks to the challenge I overcame the sluggish tiredness and walked the dog and did some Pilates (after going over my calorie goal and being bummed out too!).

I didn't do much today 'cause  I went to a concert and just had to walk around DC a lot. I know I burned calories at but who knows how many.

Undertherainbow, are you going to let us use the shopping calories?  As caregiver to my mother, I only get to shop once a week and I only have 3 hours, so it really feels like a workout to me to get everything done I need to get done.

It's sure not like jogging 4 miles, though...If you just let me use a fraction of the 310, I'll understand.
